My Gas Stove

We take good care of our customers and it shows. We received this letter about one of our stove techs who helped a customer recently.
“Your Service/Repair technician Brendan came to my house a second time to work on my stove. It would work at times, but not always.
It has been a very good stove.
Brendan did some work, but was sure it needed a new pilot light. If there wasn’t one in the shop, it would have to be ordered. I think it was
perhaps two weeks later, you called: Brendan would be out that day.
When Brendan got to my house, he was ready to work.
In order to make the repair, Brendan had to lie on the stone floor. I didn’t have any idea what needed doing. There were four connections
from the old pilot light that needed to be connected to the new pilot light. It seemed to me that the repair was done quickly.
Brendan took his tools out to the truck, but came back in, making sure the stove was working. It was! Thanks.”
