SPA HARD COVERS
When measuring for your new spa cover, it’s easiest to measure your current cover, as long as you’re happy with the fit. Otherwise, if you want to measure your actual spa, be sure to measure the outside dimensions of your acrylic. Be sure to note which way your cover folds, especially if it’s not square.

Several factors affect pricing, including the taper thickness of the foam, and foam density. There are two taper thicknesses, 3″-2″ and 4″-2″. The first number is the thickness in the middle, and both taper down to two inches on the edge. The thicker 4″ model provides a increased run-off, which is important in our rainy climate. Foam density can be either 1.5 lbs or 2 lbs. For information on how to measure the radius of your corners, see the guide below, or you can simply trace the corner and bring it in with you.
